Darnit, Gill!

I was gonna do a playlist cannon today. Stupid sisters.

So I'll just rant about Band extravaganza last night.

It was freakin' awesome. At least our school was. Completely original, great sound, great formation, even the flag people did kind of okay.

The smallest high school in town did good considering their small size, so no bad words for them.

However, the one that all the preps go to (they know who they are)... well their performance was great, until they took our school's best thing. Running around the field like idiots, then forming the school's letters. Stupid preppy school.

And the other big high school... Their uniforms weren't even their school colors. And they were going for flash. This stuff isn't for flash, it's for the band. You don't dress all 50 (I'm exaggerating) people in your Color Guard in light blue, when everyone else is in black. This isn't for them. You don't have your twirlers act out a violent love scene between the band members with their fake swords. And then kill each other. This isn't for them either, and this was a family show! This is about the music, and the marching. And that's it. Not the stupid flash. I feel very strongly about this.

Oh, and of all the people to look like, Elvis is the best. So I take that as a compliment.
